Adolescence can be an overwhelming time. Academic pressure, social challenges, anxiety, low self esteem and big life changes can leave you feeling isolated, misunderstood and alone.
I work collaboratively to help you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping skills and build confidence.

Young adulthood can be an exciting yet challenging stage of life. It’s often a time of change, uncertainty and pressure — navigating identity, relationships, work or study, independence and expectations, while trying to make sense of who you are and where you’re going.
I work with young adults to provide a supportive space where you can talk openly and honestly about what’s going on for you.
