About Me
My passion for counselling comes from a deep belief that our emotional wellbeing is just as important as our physical health. I believe counselling should be seen as a meaningful and proactive way of caring for ourselves.
I am passionate about creating a space where people feel heard, respected and supported. Counselling offers the opportunity to pause, reflect and better understand ourselves, allowing us to move through life with greater clarity, resilience and self-compassion. I truly believe that with the right support, positive change and healing are always possible.
I care deeply about the work. My approach is warm, calm, collaborative and grounded in trust. I feel genuinely optimistic about what can be achieved through counselling.
